Caitlin grew up in Southern Midcoast Maine where she first obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Southern Maine Community College. Caitlin’s ambition did not stop there though; she soon found herself enrolled in the renowned Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts and moved to Austin, Texas – there she obtained a Certificate in Baking and Pastry Arts. Once Caitlin moved to Austin she quickly began working for Walton’s Fancy and Staple and went on to work for many fine establishments in the Austin area including Sugar Mama’s Bakeshop. Caitlin was also the Pastry Sous Chef at Eberly and Perla’s Oyster Bar until 2019. Her most recent accolade was the completion of a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History from Texas State University.
Caitlin currently resides in the country outside of Austin where she has been renovating an old farm house and raising chickens while being a devoted wife and mother to her young son.
