Caitlin first obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Southern Maine Community College, she then moved to Austin, Texas and received a Certificate in Baking and Pastry Arts from the renowned Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts. She has worked for many fine establishments in the Austin area including Walton's Fancy and Staple, and Sugar Mama's Bakeshop - she was also the Pastry Sous Chef at Eberly and Perla's Oyster Bar until 2019. Her most recent accolade was the completion of a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History from Texas State University. Caitlin now resides in the country outside of Austin where she has been renovating an old farm house while being a wife and mother to her young son.
